Wearing a mask within Doctors Hospital is now voluntary with the exception of anyone experiencing respiratory or any flu-like symptoms. This important prevention measure protects the health of our patients and caregivers. Thank you for your cooperation.
Covid-19 Testing
LFT results are provided by email approximately 30 minutes after your test. Please provide a valid email address to ensure you receive your results.
Book your appointment online in advance at covid19.doctorshospitalcayman.com or call the DH main hospital line at (345) 325-9000 ext. 1.

Monday – Friday: 8:00 am – 11:00 pm
Saturday, Sunday & Holidays: 11:00 am – 11:00 pm
How to Book a Covid-19 Test
Follow these simple steps:
1. Sign In: covid.19@doctorshospitalcayman.com
- If it’s your first time booking a COVID-19 test at Doctors Hospital, you’ll be asked to sign up for an account.
- If you already have an account, simply sign in.
2. Register
- Select “Register Patient”
- You’ll be prompted to add “patient details” for yourself and/or whoever you wish to get tested
- Click ‘Save’ then select the checkbox next to the names of those who will be taking the test and click “Schedule Test”
3. Schedule
- You’ll be asked to fill in the following information:
i. Reason for test
ii. Select a date/time
iii. Location (Doctors Hospital or Video)
4. Proceed to payment
Day of Your Test
In-Person Test Instructions
- Once you arrive at the hospital, sign in at the front desk
- Show your payment confirmation QR code
- You will then be guided to DH’s COVID-19 testing room
Receiving your COVID-19 results
